Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As well as an industry leading commission scheme, our award winning training and development programme has helped consultants achieve career progression and financial success, with rookie consultants earning OTE of $100k in their first year and $200k plus in their second.

In the role of a recruitment consultant, the day to day duties are varied and would include:

• Building your client base by identifying potential clients, cold calling and converting leads
• Candidate attraction, sourcing, screening and qualification
• Building client and candidate relationships both face to face and over the phone
• Organising interviews, taking references, handling offers
• Working to a clear set of KPIs
