The list is compiled by private equity firm, Boxington Finance and is based on privately owned recruitment companies that have earned at least £5m. Growth is based on the last 3 years audited accounts. Unsurprisingly, given the improved economic situation and the high growth of newer organisations, 60% of the list and 9 of the top 10, are made up of new entrants.
Mark Kingston of Boxington Finance who compiled the list says “Conversely the volume of new entrants is a reminder that many other companies have come and gone and that the challenge of sustainability and longevity remain significant for the sector “.
The fact that we are one of only 7 other recruitment companies that have managed to feature in all of the last consecutive 3 years of the league table, is testament to the success of our long-term sustainable growth strategy and evidence of our longevity in the market.
Director Gareth Lloyd said ““considering this period is widely recognised as one of the toughest economic periods for all time, it’s evidence of the hard work and determination of everyone within the group which has resulted in some of the strongest growth performances in the market”
