Registration & Online Contact/Feedback Forms

We request information from you on our online application and registration forms as well as online or feedback forms.  Here you must provide contact information and for registration purposes also information regarding the role you are applying for and your work experience and/or educational background.  This information is used to enable us to align you with the most appropriate role or vacancy.  The contact information may be used to get in touch with you.

Collection of personal data

Amoria Bond attaches great value to personal privacy of individuals using this website.  When you register via our website, we collect your personal information and/or when you contact one of our consultants or sign up to avail yourself of our services in any other way.  The personal data that you entrust to us will be treated confidentially.

Why do we collect this?

In order to facilitate the best recruitment service to you, it is necessary for us to process certain personal data.  The personal data we collect is only used for the purpose for recruitment services.  In particular, we use the data to facilitate the recruitment process matching candidates to suitable available roles or jobs.  The data may also be used for pre-interview screening, for management purposes as well as for internal controls and quality reviews.  If we enter into an employment service with you, we will have to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations such as identification, labour, tax and social legislation.

Which personal data we collect

We only collect information necessary for the best performance of our services and/or to improve our services or to specifically connect to your wishes and/or abilities for particular roles or jobs offered by Amoria Bond.  Upon registration as a jobseeker or applying for a particular role or job, we ask for contact details, date of birth, gender, Curriculum Vitae, diplomas, courses, certifications and availability.  When offering a role with the business, we may request additional information such as nationality, social security number, passport or identity card.

Capturing sensitive data is done only where permission is granted by you or when this is authorised by law.  By sensitive personal data we mean information about religion, race, criminal declarations, memberships/or trade unions and health.

This data will never be used to discriminate against a candidate based on age, gender, belief, race or nationality.

Your data will be stored in accordance with statutory retention periods.

Sharing of personal data

To provide the best service to meet your needs, we may share this personal information with other Amoria Bond entities or share your data with other companies, such as service provider Intermediaries, clients, government agencies and in cases where we are obliged to do so, for example by order of a competent Court in an appropriate jurisdiction.  Sharing your personal information will only be done in accordance with legitimate interests, pursuant to an agreement and where it is required by law.  Your data may be transferred outside the European Union and we have taken all technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Correction/Updating Personal Information

If your personally identifiable information changes (such as office address), we will endeavour to provide a way to correct, update or remove the personal data provided to us.  This can usually be done by emailing privacy@amoriabond.com

Notification of Changes to Cookie and Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our cookie & privacy policy, we will post those changes on our homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.  Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this matter.  We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
