As your experience and seniority within the business grows, you will be ready for a promotion from Consultant to Senior Consultant. If you hit your targets then you can finish early at 1pm and enjoy the afternoon off work without using your holiday allowance and as a business, we have a 4pm finish. Following some time with the business as a Senior Consultant, you’ll now be ready to move up to the Principal Consultant level. You’ll now be considered a recruitment expert and values champion as well as being responsible for managing the end to end recruitment life-cycle at an increased level of competency and skill in order to generate profitable placements in line with Principal Consultant targets.

The next step in your Amoria Bond journey allows you to start specialising down a particular career path and at Amoria Bond; we offer you three strands of career progression. Lead Consultant (Management), Senior Principal Consultant (Sales) and Business Developer (New Business Development).
Lead Consultant is a challenging and demanding role. It is your first step towards senior management which requires you to learn how to balance your billing performance whilst investing time in developing your team members. There are 3 main areas of responsibility: Billing & Learning by example; Coaching & Training individuals and building a team into a successful and profitable business unit.
The role of Senior Principal Consultant is one of a high performing recruitment expert and values champion. You’ll be competently managing the end to end recruitment lifecycle and generating high levels of profitability.
The Business Developer role involves working very closely with the sales teams at all levels with three primary responsibilities: Identifying new sales leads and converting them into clear sales opportunities, pitching Amoria Bond recruitment services and solutions as well as maintaining and expanding profitable relationships with existing customers.
We invest in your future. Amoria Bond offers employees a non-contributory pension after 12 months service. All employees are eligible for our Company Pension Scheme contributing a fixed percentage of your annual salary. There is no minimum requirement for you to contribute. For our Singapore colleagues, we offer a healthcare scheme instead.
The focus on a particular career path continues with the next level of progression being available for the three different career strands. You now have the opportunity to become either a Team Manager, Management Consultant or Senior Business Developer depending which strand you have started with
As a Team Manager, you will now be running a team of 5 or more consultants and you will have overall accountability for the success of your business unit through capable people management.
The next stage in the Sales career pathway is the Management Consultant role where you will be recognised as a leading recruitment sales expert and you will challenge conventional methods as well as displaying creative thinking.
The next level in the New Business Development career strand is that of Senior Business Developer. The responsibilities in this role are similar to that of Business Developer but at a more senior level.
There are a number of opportunities to travel when working at Amoria Bond. There are business trips to see clients, inter office visits to one of our four offices for training as well as an opportunity to work to one to one with a key person who can support your career in one of these offices. In addition, you might be interested in a transfer to one of the other existing office location from the one that you start in and with the business planning to open more offices across the EU, UK, Asia and the USA, you could have the opportunity to help develop these new offices.
We also hold training days and sales conferences in 5 star locations around the world with previous trips being to places like USA, Dubai, France, Spain, Morocco, Portugal and skiing in the Alps to name just a few places that we have been in recent years.
The next level of progression within the business continues the three different career strands available with Amoria Bond. We offer the position of Business Manager for the Management pathway, Executive Management Consultant for the sales strand and then Business Development Manager for the business development role.
The Business Manager builds on the requirements of the Team Manager and you’ll be expected to run a team of 6 to 10 people.
The Executive Management Consultant is the next step on the sales pathway and you will now be a highly regarded expert recruiter and standard bearer of the company values.
The Business Management Manager is the next role within the business development strand and in this role, you’ll be consider an expert in recruitment and client facing sales.
The annual leave benefits on offer from Amoria Bond are amongst some of the best in the industry with up to 35 days available after a qualifying period. Everyone at sales consultant level or above gets 25 days holiday as standard after 12 months service with an additional day being added for each year’s service (up to a maximum of 30 days). We also give all team members two extra days holiday during the Christmas break which are gifted by the Directors of the business and are not part of your annual holiday allowance. We offer a reward for exemplary attendance record throughout the year with 3 extra days off being offered to anyone who does not come in late and does not have a day off sick in that year.
The next level of progression within the business is up to the Associate Director level or equivalent.
As an Associate Director, you have a track record of running a successful and consistently performing large team as well as demonstrating high levels of competency.
The sales pathway Associate Director role demands a high level of performance as well as a disciplined and consultative approach to sales.
The Business Development Director role will involve the devising, developing and managing the company wide business development strategy
No prior experience of working in recruitment is necessary as we have a comprehensive and award winning training programme which gives you all the necessary guidance to make sure that your career starts well and continues to develop. We have an exclusive in-house programme which is not available anywhere else which has won 5 awards since 2016. In addition, we use some of the world’s best sales and recruitment industry specific trainers to supplement the internal training scheme. The training and development continues throughout your career and we work with you to put in place a progression road-map which will help equip you for promotions and career development. We have a number of different roles within the organisation so we’ll work with you to develop your skills sets to fulfill your potential.
In the Director role (management and sales), you’ll be directing the company successfully in existing business units as well as developing teams in new geographical areas, sectors and brands.
The Executive Accounts Director will concentrating on developing executive level relationships with clients and partners for the long term good of the business as well as devising and managing the global business development strategy.

We have a 10 step plan that maps out your career development through the business into senior roles. We continually and prefer to promote from within the business in order to recognise the hard work and success that our team bring to the company.
The Managing Director role will involve the running of multiple brands, divisions or a country and will likely to be managing other Directors and Associate Directors.
As a member of the Executive Board, you will support Directors and MDs within the Group with a large proportion of your role being focused on the strategy of the group.
We can offer you the chance to give something back as well through the work of the Amoria Bond Charitable Trust. This trust aims to improve the lives of people less fortunate based locally to the company offices through schemes to alleviate poverty and improve educational prospects. The charity also undertakes global work to advance education and improve the prospects in countries such as Peru.
