As an senior consultants, your responsibilities will include:

• Build client relationships
• Grow and motivate your own team
• Deliver training sessions
• Represent the business at multiple events

As you grow into a non-billing Team Manager, your focus will be to continue to support and develop your team whilst preparing yourself for directorship.
