You can almost imagine the meeting with a number of high powered business executives sat around a table in Hollywood discussing film ideas when someone suggests a disaster film as the theme.  ‘What about a film about sharks?’, ‘Nah, it’s been done before…’ ‘How about a movie about extreme weather…?’ ‘Same, been done before.  Alot’  ‘Well, how about both together….’.  Instantly, the worse idea for a film ever but it still got made and spawned 4 sequels to date…
