BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS

This is an exciting period for growth for our office in Cologne and we are recruiting multiple business development consultants to grow their own team and to win new business within the IT/SAP or Automotive marketplace.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generating new business by identifying and targeting companies within the IT/SAP or Automotive sector • Booking and attending meetings with potential clients • Next step in career is to develop a team of recruitment consultants and sales executives • Negotiating terms and conditions both face to face and over the phone • Working towards KPIs and achieving sales targets
